Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Today is the day Baby Jesus was born! We had a great day celebrating his birthday! When I woke up, I found out that Santa left me some presents! I had so much fun playing with the wrapping paper and my gifts that I had a hard time taking naps today! I didnt want to miss out on the fun. Tonight I saw my Grandpa Taber and my great grandma and grandpa! We had a great time and now I am exhausted! Hope you had a great day, too!

Next big thing

Today I spent my time trying to find anything and everything that I could use to help me stand up! Now that I have mastered the art of crawling, I am moving on to the next big thing... Standing up on my own!! Sometimes I let go of one hand at a time so I can learn to balance myself... I am going to bed now... to dream about all the fun things I am going to explore tomorrow! Goodnight!

Bows!

Mommy's friend Lisa is really good at making things! She made me a taggy when I was 3 months and now she made me some very pretty bows! Here is a few pictures of me wearing one of the bows! Thanks Lisa!!

No Christmas party! :(

My Christmas party was cancelled today! :( Everyone is sick-- except me. So mommy said we will have to reschedule! I hope my friends feel better soon!

MILESTONE!

Chloe came over for dinner tonight! When she was sitting in my walker, I crawled over to her on my hands and knees instead of doing my army crawl! ALSO, I really surprised my mommy and daddy because I was able to pull myself up into a standing position all by myself! It was really easy for me! I just used the tray on the walker to help me pull myself up! :) Daddy is lowering the mattress down in my crib right now before I go to bed because I made mommy worry about me standing up in my crib!

Uncles

Uncle Josh is so much fun! He taught me how to play the drums!

I love uncle Alex and I think I am his favorite person in the world! He gave me his Winnie the pooh from when he was little!

Uncle Andrew always makes me laugh! We love to take pictures together!

"Make me another bottle..."

Someday, I am going to be a singer. I love to sing and dance. I played Rock Band 2 with my uncles Andrew, and Josh while we were visiting. Uncle Andrew and Uncle Alex played the guitars, Uncle Josh played the drums, and G dad and I sang. My favorite band is The Police. Instead of "...Message in a bot-tle" we changed the song to say, "..Make me another bot-tle." They have video of me dancing and singing, and hopefully someday I will get my big break! In these pictures we are "jamming" away before my bedtime!

Our family went to Omaha for my first Thanksgiving! I had such a great time and I even got to go bowling for the first time! Here are some pictures of the fun!

Christmas Sweater

Well it doesn't take too much persuading for me to convince mommy to buy me a new clothing item. Mommy and I love to shop! Look at my new Christmas sweater! I DO like the sweater... but I was more interested in the tag at first!

Mommy and daddy told me that they are thankful for ME. They love me so much! I am thankful for God, for mommy and daddy, for family who love me, and for friends who play with me! What are you thankful for?

Fingernails!

Tonight Leanne painted my fingernails! Mommy held me on her lap while my fingernails were painted for the first time by a professional! It was very nice of her, it made me feel so special! I am ready for the holidays! I get to see Gma, Gdad and Uncle Andrew, Uncle Alex and Uncle Josh! Pray that my cold gets better soon! I dont want feel sick, I just want to have fun!

Hi!

Hi everyone! I haven't had a chance to blog lately, I have been soo busy exploring new things! Since Halloween, did you know I can crawl now? Yep! I can! As mommy says, I am all over the place! I am having a blast because there is a lot more I can try to put in my mouth if I am able to beat mommy and daddy to it! Now when daddy tries to tickle me, I can crawl away! I can also save mommy from being tickled too! Its great. Since I am a big girl now, I am able to have play dates and also get to hang out with mommy and her friends. Just tonight I went out to dinner with mommy, Becky and Amy for fajita rita night. (I didnt have either-- I had already eaten.) Girls night out! Its true! Even ask them! Hugs!!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I got to help pass out candy to the big kids, and it was so fun to dress up like a pumpkin! Mommy and Daddy bought me this pumpkin outfit when I was in mommy's tummy! I love it, and I am thinking about wearing it for Thanksgiving too! Pumpkin pie! And good news! I am feeling much better today, and I am soooo hungry!! Also, daddy is home! So I had to get better really quick to be able to play with him. Goodnight!
