First time at the beach this summer!

Yesterday we went to the beach for the first (of what will be many times) time this summer!! It was soo much fun. I love my bathing suit that I got from Nana for a birthday gift. She told me that mommy had a purple bathing suit when she was one year old too!! So this suit is extra special to me!! (I have four bathing suits so I cant wait to show those off too!;) Here are some pictures of our day in Muskegon!

Here are some pictures of me taken this past week. Here you will see that I love talking on the cell phone, I love eating fruit snacks, (without any help!) and I love my new rocking chair that daddy painted for me. Mommy snuck in and took a picture of me napping...I'm really not sure why but she said that I should put it on here because others would want to see it. Strange I know!!

15 months!

Today I am 15 months old! I had a checkup and saw Dr. Wynalda. I do like him, but he told my parents that they should withhold all water from me so that I will eventually drink milk!! That is NOT what Dr. E said the other day! So now I am a little frantic wondering what my parents are going to do!! I thought water was healthy for me? I'm confused!

Anyway I am 21 pounds, and 29 3/8 tall. I am in the 25% percentile for both things, but Dr. Wynalda says he thinks I look great and that he isnt worried about me at all! (Everyone says I am tall, I guess they might be referring to the extra height I have with my pony tail ;) LOL
Update:
I am done with the bottle, on to the sippy only. I can use a fork and spoon when I eat. I can color with a pen or a crayon and mommy and daddy say my pictures are beautiful! I can say 10 words: "momma", "daddy", "hi', "bye-bye", "uh-oh", "doggy", "please", "thanks", "pretty" and "done!" I can run pretty fast! My favorite thing is still Monica. My favorite foods are yogurt, cheese, tomatoes, and spaghetti! I only like to drink water or sometimes poweraid. I really enjoy talking on the cell phone and holding the phone with my head and shoulder and not use my hands! I also really like music and dancing. I have 13 teeth (that came all at once pretty much!) I guess that is it for now!

milk...GAG ME!

Sheesh! I am soo glad we talked to the doctor yesterday about my issue with milk! I do NOT like the taste of it-- why do they keep forcing it down my throat! I shake my head "NO" a million times-- are they not paying attention?! I am a big girl now, I say no to the bottle (because its for little babies only) and I drink from my sippy cup but I still dont want them to put milk in it! So Dr. Edison said if I eat plenty of yogurt and plenty of cheese I should be just fine! PHEW! PLUS i get to have a gummy bear every day that is filled with calcium! :) She was totally on my side! I like her!

gma, gdad, and uncles Andrew, Alex, and Josh!

woah! I have sure been a busy little girl! I dont have as much time on my hands to blog lately-- I have been so busy running around non stop! Such is the life of a 1 year old! I have TONS to do! But I wanted to post some pics from when Gma, Gdad and my uncles came to visit! We had a BLAST together, I know that they love me SOO much. EVERYONE was fighting for my attention! I am only one person! LOL But here are some pictures of our time. The best part was when Uncle Alex and Gdad made me a wagon to ride around in! It was sooo fun! Hopefully next time I see you we will have more time together...xxoo!
