Royal Wedding

Yesterday was the Royal Wedding! I had so much fun watching it with my mommy. I loved Princess Kate's dress! I pretended to be a princess for the rest of the day and I wore various princess dresses throughout the day. I even used my magic wand to turn my baby sister into a princess too :)

I walked around all day saying, "I'm a princess. Princess Avi." I don't know why really, but mommy and daddy were giggling a lot when I was singing "I've been dreaming of a true loves kiss..." What? Don't they watch "Princess Bath??" Princess Giselle sings that song and I love it!

What a fun day! I am just starting to understand the REAL reason we celebrate Easter...but it sure is fun to get easter baskets, dye eggs, and hunt for eggs!!

Baby Vera has on MY old pjs from when I was just a little baby like her! Isn't she sooo cute??! I still wear footie pajama's sometimes too so we were twins tonight! :) I feel really special that every time baby vera sees me she smiles! I guess I am her best friend, huh? I really really love her too!

Daddy is HOME!!

Daddy went on a work trip this week and I missed him sooo much! There were a couple storms and I was pretty scared. I kept looking in the sky to see if I could see Daddy's airplane coming home! This morning daddy and I went to Target and got a few things. It was so fun :) because it was just the two of us! I am so excited for the weekend!

Happy Birthday Uncle Alex...and happy birthday to...me??

Wow was today a GREAT day!! I woke up and I knew right away that it was Uncle Alex's birthday and I was sooo excited to go out to lunch! :) Guess what?? Because I LOVE BIRTHDAY'S I asked if we could pretend it was my birthday too... To my surprise, when we got to the restaurant I was surprised by a present!! Gdad and Gma bought me a new baby doll! She has a shirt that says "Big Sister" and it came with a little baby doll whose shirt says, "Little sister." I LOVE them!! (They bought a baby doll for baby vera too.) Wasn't that soo nice?! Plus Alex loved the card I picked out for him! He gives me dollars when he sees me...so I knew he would like dollars for his birthday! Daddy said he can buy any present he wanted...just like I got to do with my gift card from Grandma Cindy! We had a great time playing games at lunch and Uncle Josh and Uncle Alex won a bunch of toys and candy for Vera and me!! THEN i got to go to Gdad and Gma's house after cake, ice cream...and rock and roll!! We go downstairs to the basement and we ROCK! I get the microphone and I say, "1 and 2 and 3 and 4!!" Then they start playing! I also say "eVERYONE! Presenting....G DAD!!!" Then Gdad starts to play guitar and sing. Josh is on the drums. It is so awesome. I sing, "I totally rock!! I totally rock!!" I LOVE to play rock and roll with them!

I forgot to tell you that the Dr. predicted that I would be taller than my mommy someday!! She is only 5' 2" and the Dr. thinks I will be 5' 6"!! Isn't that so cool? I can't believe I am going to be taller than her!!

a new day!

I woke up this morning and said to mommy, "I do NOT want to go to the Dr." You see, I had to go yesterday and I was soo scared. I had a really bad experience there this past summer and I remembered!! Overall yesterdays visit went OK and much better than I thought. It was just my 3 yr check up. I am a healthy and happy girl. (Could have told them that without going in though...) I really like playing Dr. at home and I used to say I wanted to be a Dr. (I am not ruling that out right now...) I'm just saying that I do NOT want to go again anytime soon!! It was a rough day.:( Today though is a new day! I was sooo happy when mommy answered me and said, "We dont have go to to the Dr...silly! Drey and Ariyah are coming over and we are going to the park!!" pHEW! I was really really REALLY excited!! we had such a fun time at the park and then back here for lunch. I LOVE playing with new friends. Its really fun for me because when I meet new friends I say, "Hi, I'm Avi...what's your name??" I was actually at the park with mommy last night (yeah, we LOVE the park) and there was a little boy who apparently didn't know his name because he didn't answer me?? I was very confused at that! Maybe he really doesn't know! He kept calling me, "Girl" and I said, "Noooo! Im not 'girl' I'm AVI!!"

I couldn't WAIT to go to the park yesterday! Seemed like we had to wait FOREVER until Vera was ready...I totally could have gone by myself, and even tried to get a head start, but that idea was quickly shot down! :/ I planned to take monica in the baby stroller but mommy reminded me that I couldn't push her in the stroller AND ride my scooter... hmmmm that was a hard decision. In the end I put monica in Vera's diaper bag and off we went! It was a little colder than yesterday but that is all irrelevant to me! Snow, rain, sun...I love it all!

I had a BLAST at the park. Daddy LOVES the park also.Vera cant really participate so daddy and I played. She was all upset about something so she and mommy went to the car. Mommy still got some photo's though! Lucky for me, she was too far away to tell daddy to not push me too high on the swing! I was swinging SO HIGH and I held on tight like he said to. It's really no big deal, mom... I am a big girl now! "I was really really careful mommy!"

I have had such a fun day so far! I have been waiting patiently to use my giftcard from my Grandma Cindy that she sent me for my birthday! :) I thought about it, and after seeing someone else on a scooter...I decided that is exactly what I wanted! I LOVE my new radio flyer scooter! Its pink :) which is my favorite color. I think daddy was excited to teach me how to ride it...and not to burst his bubble...but I already knew how to do it! (Like I said, Ive seen someone doing it before...) I didn't need any help AT ALL!!!

We went to the park over by mmom and gdad's house...and I surprised them by riding my scooter over to their house! Worked out perfectly because uncle josh was about to leave to get lunch...and ended up getting me a happy meal.

I am so happy that I got to pick out such a fun present! Thank you so much, grandma cindy for my new scooter!! ...and thanks mommy and daddy for taking me to the park!

I love my uncle josh! "He is my family!"

He told me on my birthday that my present from him would be a little late. No problem! :) I was so excited to see him tonight when he brought it over! He bought me a Dora play tent! I REALLY wanted one of these but he picked this out on his own! Great minds think alike I guess! lol He stayed for dinner and watched "Buzz Buzz" with me. I watched it while in my tent with my pillow and blanket! :) Thank you Josh!! Before he left I had everyone hold hands and sing "...we're a HAPPY fam-i-ly, with a GREAT BIG hug and a kiss from me to YOU.....WOOOOOOOOONT you say YOOOOOOOOOOOU LOOOOOOOOOOOVE MEEEEEEEEEE TOOOO!"
